A homeowner lead list is a file of households identified as likely owner-occupants — the people who can actually say yes to a roof, a solar array, or a remodel. Renters can't buy what you sell; a homeowner list is how you stop paying to reach them.
We combine public records with census-tract housing data: our homeowner cohort lives in neighborhoods of 75%+ owner-occupancy, with the household's age and address from the public record. It's cold data — accurate and targetable for mail and doors, but nobody filled out a form.
Solar and roofing companies canvassing storm areas, HVAC and remodel shops running neighborhood mail, insurance agents cross-selling home products, and realtors farming a ZIP. Each record carries name, address, city, ZIP, and age, with optional neighborhood income and home-value context added at checkout.
Roughly $0.11-$0.26 per record depending on freshness and enrichment, with a $10 minimum — against the $30-80 a shared home-improvement internet lead costs. Every record is sold once and removed from our inventory. See a free 10-row sample on any county page before paying anything.
HomeLoom sells public-record likely-homeowner data for home-services businesses. Buyers are responsible for TCPA/DNC compliance on their own outreach.
